Amari UE Simbox Series
The AMARI UE Simbox Series provides a comprehensive and scalable solution for testing 4G and 5G networks by emulating numerous UEs concurrently.
Description
The AMARI UE Simbox Series is a versatile and robust platform for testing 4G and 5G networks. It offers three product lines (LTE, E, and MBS series) to meet various testing needs, each capable of emulating hundreds or even thousands of User Equipments (UEs) concurrently. These simulators are 3GPP compliant, supporting a wide range of technologies including LTE, LTE-M, NB-IoT, and 5G NR (including NTN and RedCap). They provide comprehensive logging and measurement capabilities, along with an extensive WebSocket API for test automation. The Simboxes are highly configurable and allow for controlled, reproducible results, making them essential tools for network operators and equipment manufacturers.
Features
The AMARI UE Simbox Series emulates multiple UEs for 4G and 5G networks, supporting LTE, LTE-M, NB-IoT, and 5G NR (including NTN and RedCap). It offers high throughput (up to 4 Gbps DL / 3 Gbps UL), supports handover, carrier aggregation, and VoLTE/VoNR. The series includes extensive logging and measurement tools, an API for test automation, and easy configuration via JSON files. The Simboxes support various frequency bands and MIMO configurations, and provide a controlled environment for reproducible data traffic testing using embedded traffic generators.
Benefits
Reduced testing time and costs, improved network performance and reliability, comprehensive logging and analytics, advanced test automation capabilities, support for a wide range of technologies and use cases, ability to overcome limitations of commercial UEs, early access to 3GPP features, and scalable platform that can support a large number of UEs.
