Description
The DECT Infrastructure project provides a robust and scalable solution for on-site mobility using DECT technology. It integrates indoor and outdoor antennas to ensure comprehensive coverage across various environments, from warehouses and hospitals to construction sites and schools. The system seamlessly integrates with Alcatel-Lucent Communication Servers, enabling advanced features such as dial-by-name and multi-line management. This allows mobile workers to remain connected regardless of their location within the company premises, enhancing communication efficiency and productivity. The infrastructure is compatible with both IP and TDM networks, offering flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
Features
The DECT Infrastructure offers automated provisioning and over-the-air base station synchronization. It supports AGAP and GAP protocols and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor deployments. The system features centralized management over IP, integrated with ALE communication servers, and allows for radio tuning and on-air synchronization per base station. It supports up to 2032 base stations per communication server, with radio coverage ranging from 50m to 300m (55yd to 328yd), along with handover and roaming capabilities with Alcatel-Lucent TDM DECT base stations.
