Esup-Signature

Esup-Signature is a web application for dematerializing and simplifying visa and signature workflows using electronic certificates or image signatures.

Description

Esup-Signature is a web application designed to dematerialize and simplify the processes of visa and signature workflows. It allows users to sign or endorse documents using electronic certificates (like eIDAS) or by simply adding an image signature to a PDF. The application supports electronic signatures through the European Commission's DSS Signature platform. Hardware key signatures are also possible via the Esup-DSS-Client application, enabling the signing of administrative documents such as public procurement contracts. Esup-Signature's main goal is to provide a microservice-type signature module that allows institutions to integrate digital signatures into their services. It also includes a module for online entry of simple, standardized PDF forms. The application leverages commonly used services within higher education and research establishments, such as Shibboleth, LDAP, and Renater's TCS, making it particularly well-suited for these environments.
