Open Radio Station (ORS)

Open Radio Station (ORS) is a plug-and-play, all-in-one 4G/5G vRAN solution for private networks.

Description

Open Radio Station (ORS) is an all-in-one, plug-and-play, autonomous vRAN device for private 4G/5G networks. It integrates the remote radio unit (RRU), baseband unit (BBU), and core network (EPC/5GC) into a compact unit, simplifying deployment and reducing complexity. ORS supports various operational modes, including autonomous, controlled, managed, and hybrid configurations, offering flexibility for diverse network architectures. Its multi-vendor support for BBUs and RUs enables quick and reliable C-RAN or D-RAN deployment. The system features a built-in, autonomous end-to-end testing Network Management System and supports local breakout for low-latency or high-resiliency requirements. ORS also facilitates the deployment of local edge services, such as IoT buffering and programmable logic controllers.
