Matterbridge is a versatile chat bridge that connects various communication platforms, including Mattermost, IRC, Gitter, XMPP, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Rocket.Chat, Twitch, SSH-chat, Zulip, WhatsApp, Keybase, Matrix, Microsoft Teams, Nextcloud, Mumble, and VK. It facilitates seamless communication between these platforms by relaying messages, preserving threads where possible, and handling attachments. Mattermost is not required to run the bridge, offering flexibility in deployment. The project is Open Source, under the Apache-2.0 license, and boasts a large and active community.
